Contact or No? So confused... (HELP!)

I was invited to a freshman program at a BB, and it said we had to respond to the e-mail by 5 P.M. ET today, after responding, they would put us in touch with someone so we can arrange hotel/travel accommodations. I responded to the e-mail yesterday, but I have not heard anything back from the bank or their personnel in-charge of arranging our travel accommodations.

Should I resend the e-mail? What should I do? I do not want to lose this opportunity.

If anyone can help, I will really appreciate it.

If you're only a freshman, you better get used to waiting on HR for the next few years. If other people have heard back and you haven't, then worry. But the deadline hasn't even passed.
