Curious to hear insights on corp dev comp as looking to exit into Corp dev.
Does anyone have current figures or packages from analyst level to director level?

The corp dev firm (Asset Manager) I was at was structured:
Analyst: 90 + 20
Associate: 120 + 40
Manager: 160 + 80
Wow how many YoE for manager and is that above the average?
At the firm you would reach manager in 5/6 years if you came from IB probably 4/5. No idea if it is above average but it is a pretty large asset manager.
Been on 2 CD teams, both east coast TMT
Company 1
Analyst 1 - $65k no bonus right out of college
Analyst 2 - $95k no bonus 2 YOE
Analyst 3 - $125k no bonus 3 YOE
Company 2
Associate - $140k + $20k bonus 4+ YOE
Manager - $220k - $250k all in 6+ YOE
That analyst comp ramp up at company 1 is wild. Mine was barely giving out $2.5k - $5k annual increases
