Corp Dev Career Progression?

So I left banking after 6 months, and have now been a corp dev associate at now 2b rev portco doing m&a for 2 years (I am 2.5y out of school). 150k all in comp as of now at 23 years old.

What is my career / comp going to look like on this path? I've seen the Charles Ares survey that shows the associate/manager/director/vp trajectory, but how many years can I expect to be in each role?
