Heading to JPM/BOFA GCB next year and want to make the leap; how difficult is it to go to levfin/dcm or something else like m&a/rx?

Just talk to your analyst class a lot and become friends with people in different groups. I’m interested in two other products, already friends with an analyst in that group who said they’ll instantly provide my name if the group ever is looking for a lateral.
Also most banks want to hire from within (my bank does atleast) so after a 2year analyst program, a lot opens up.
