Corporate Banking Summer Internship at Top 10 Bank or IB Summer Analyst at a Boutique Bank
I'm deciding between a corporate banking summer internship at a top 10 bank in New York (not a BB but big and prominent) or an Investment Banking Summer Analyst Internship at a boutique bank in the midwest that does sell side M&A, ESOPs, and capital advisory. They were saying that deal flow is very good at the firm this year. My long term goal is to be an Investment Banker at a BB. Which option do you recommend I should pick to achieve that goal?
