Corporate Derivatives Marketing Solutions to DCM clients

Hi guys,

I will be speaking with a senior person from this team later in the week and would want to prepare as much as possible. To my knowledge this group falls under DCM and they assist DCM clients in structuring some FI, interest rate derivative products.

So this can be considered Investment Banking right, since it is a product group of IBD but also hybrid between ST and IBD. The head of the DCM at this firm also runs the Corporate Derivatives group.

What do you think would be some possible questions and what topics I should be preparing for? I am one year out of college and have been spending the past year or so on a trading desk. I am not that familiar with FI derivative products but I am thinking he might ask me more complicated questions since I am not in college anymore.

Thanks guys! All inputs appreciated.
