Could this job propel me to IB
Hey all,
Could a position within a real estate company with the following responsibilities help propel me into IB after a couple of years?
• Developing pro forma financials and valuations using IRR, DCF and other various techniques • Gathering and evaluating economic, demographic, and real estate market data • Preparing presentations, offering memoranda and financial reports for clients of the firm • Reviewing legal documents and other materials as part of the due diligence process or as part of on-going property oversight
No. Sounds nothing like anything you'd do in RE IB....valuations? IRR? presentations? memoranda? due diligence? WTF is all that?
