Depends on the recovery shape (V, W, L), and timeline, both of which is anyone's guess. M&A is a lagging indicator so we probably won't see strong deal flow until we're well into a recovery. I'd say 2021 will still be depressed but deal flow should pick back up by the second half of the year, assuming a V recovery and operations back to normal by end of the year.
