CPAP & Sleep
Have any of you heard of CPAP devices (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Positive_airway_pres…)?
My friend's dad used to sleep for 9 hours a day and would always feel tired, etc. Since getting a CPAP four years ago, however, he has been able to get by just fine on four-five hours a night. He does not have apnea, by the way.
Even though the device looks goofy as hell, I am considering purchasing it. Any thoughts?
posts like these make me want to do S&T... smh
CPAP machines are very difficult to get used to. My dad was on one for a short time before he died, and he couldn't make it all the way through the night wearing it.
A better solution is to make a shitload of money and then whoever is sleeping next to you can't bitch about your snoring.
haha good point, edmundo.
but, i don't have apnea and don't snore anyway. i just want to get less sleep and still feel more rested. just wondering if this can actually help me achieve that.
