Credit Roles without PM work?

Does anyone know any banks or credit funds that tend to break out their portfolio management and deal origination teams? To provide more context, I work in CB and I enjoy working on new deals but PM work is constantly getting in the way. Definitely understand that PM is very crucial and can be pretty valuable to refining my credit knowledge but curious to see if there are teams out that only work on new money deals/transactions?

For example, BlackRock private credit (25bn AUM) has separate investing and portfolio management teams, but I doubt there are many credit roles where you don't have to do at least some maintenance work sometimes if you are working on hairy companies/deals that need reinvestment/thesis updates. Not sure if that is what you meant
