If it is helpful, DB is another firm that is nice when it comes to sponsorship. But yeah, I am an international student and I am interviewing at CS next week and the whole recruiting season has been a train-wreck. Half the firms don't sponsor and a quarter say they will but then sutbly ignore you. Out of the BBs the ones that sponsor and hire without prejudice are CS/DB/BofA/GS. I am really hoping I get an offer from CS and can be done with it.

Do any of you have an idea of how to apply for the full-time analyst programs at banks if you are graduating in December 2020? All of the programs start in the Summer of next year and unfortunately the latest start date I can give for my OPT is February 10th. 90 days is the max number of unemployment days I can accrue which gives me until around May 10th to start working. Most of the FT analyst programs only start in July/August though :(

Has anyone managed to find a job as an international student with a similar graduation date?
