finished the tests months ago, still no word... heard people have been receiving rejection letters though...
are the rejection letters sent as e-mails?

Don't sweat it - should start in a couple of weeks and it rolls all the way until mid-january, and offers extended early february after superdays

I got first rounds.
Some of my friends already got their rejection letters, and others are still unknown.
However, given that the superday is somewhere late Jan, I think you should be hearing something really soon (by this week)

Are required to be fluent in Mandarin in order to get a SA position in IBD at a BB in Hong Kong? Do you all speak Chinese?
for those who got first round, may i ask what schools are you from? i think they order candidates by schools~
fluency in Chinese isn't always required for HK BBs.
By the way... Credit Suisse HK has some of the worst hours on the planet (or so I've heard), so if you get rejected you can look on the bright side and know you'll be working less then those that got accepted anywhere else you may end up.
