Also non-target. When I tried recruiting last cycle, they started interviews in the middle of June. I believe they have two waves. One in June ish and another in fall in around Sept/Oct. I expect that to probably hold again this cycle. Just gotta be patient. If you didn't ace the assessments though, I wouldn't expect an interview.

No, I didn't talk to a single person at CS. I wasn't expecting them to open up apps that early so I didnt get a chance to network. I just submitted and hoped for the best. I'm pretty sure it was dumb luck. Also I think they had some assessment game and I just clicked random answers lol.
