Culture across a lot of groups have gone downhill over the years. You can really see the change especially with groups who have a lot of lateral hire post-Archegos.
Mind ranking them?
Mind elaborating / ranking the groups?
Good culture / exits: Sponsors, M&A
Bad culture / good exits: Tech, Industrials
Idk about the rest, but groups who had the most lateral MD's tend to have the worst culture
Can you expand on industrials having a bad culture? Heard differently.
