Was thinking Tech bc I could exit into tech, VC or a startup.

Tech has probably the worst culture and WLB out of every group at CS
Any reason why? I thought Wah is still there and a CS lifer which is supposed to be helpful?
I heard it wasn't that bad 60-80 hrs a week on avg and protected fri nights and saturdays? for TMT ny
From knowing people who interned and work there, it definitely did seem bad and did not seem chill at all
