Credit Syndicate to Coverage Lateral Possibilities?
Ignore title. Currently an analyst doing credit syndicate (more like cap mkts). Kinda hesitate to do internal lateral as I am really unsure if my seniors would like it.
What is the chance for me to lateral to coverage team at other banks within 1 yr?
What are some transferable skills (I know won’t be much about modeling but would some understandings in debt help) that I can leverage for coverage?
