CS Bonus payment
Would I have to back my bonus at CS if I leave before starting FT for another bank?
Or would UBS likely still come after the bonus?

Do you mean clawing back the sign-on bonus? Given CS will exist as a separate entity post-close I think the claw back will still be enforceable. However if UBS makes you an offer you will need to check the terms of the contract.
