CS First Boston SA 2023 lower return rates?

Incoming SA at CS- few days ago they sent out an email essentially recapping plans for CSFB and reassuring incoming SAs that they were committed to the internship program. With that being said, they still need to execute the restructuring plan and it'll likely take some time before they start generating profits, and I am also assuming they plan on scaling down the NA IBD division overall (means job cuts).  Does anyone have any insight into how all of this will affect return rates for 2023 SAs? Have a feeling they may go through with the program for the sake of good PR, only to have very low FT return offer rates.
