In terms of industry, R&C is a very strong team, gets a lot of respect internally. Industrials is good too, but strength varies by sub-vertical.

MBA recruiting at CS is by group...you almost certainly received an offer for a specific group if you received one.
Yeah, I used to work at CS and same thing came to mind. Even MBA summer associates would know what groups they'd be interviewing for, let alone joining. Associate laterals same thing. No way this guy is telling the truth.
