CS IBD Work/life Balance, protected weekends, etc?

Can anyone weigh in on WLB and perks at CS in NY in IBD? Protected weekends, seamless, etc? Understand it is probably group dependent as with most places, but curious about anything people have heard

Might be there in writing, but hardly enforced. Technically 6pm Fridays and Saturdays are protected unless it is a "live deal". Group dependent enforcement I'm sure. Lines are obviously blurred on what constitutes a life deal (cranking towards commitments and CRM? endless de-SPACing work...).

Seamless used to be $25, don't think they've implemented anything for the ANLs and ASOs despite WFH...
