Following this.I think everything is all speculation at this point.That business is a big business on its own, and I think CS would try and hold on to it. I think it's about them looking for 3rd party capital.I think GS's SPG business did that a few years back (the structured finance business was in merchant banking initially then special situations - I could be wrong here though)With Apollo I would imagine likes the origination business, I wouldn't imagine they see much value in owning the trading business though… maybe the trading goes to BNP, origination goes to Apollo?Who knows???If you're a SPRING intern just hold your nerve dude.
