CS LevFin NY vs LA

The question is in the title–I'm just curious about the pros/cons of both. Most people from my school go to CS LA for LevFin/FSG/REGAL so I'm not too familiar with the NY side of things and just wanted to get better insight into it relative to LA.

“Easily the most helpful mentor and favorite person I have worked with by far. Was extremely responsive in the slack messaging, working around me, asked for some of my past materials so that he could prepare beforehand, and during the call, really helped walk through everything I was struggling with. Ultimately, came out of the call significantly more prepared and confident then beforehand. Michael was an overall excellent head mentor, and I am super excited to work with him in the future as well. ”

“he did really good. he was very thoughtful and we worked through a question then feedback format as it was my first mock. I really enjoyed talking to him as he was very knowledgable and, as it was my first mock we sort of were understanding how it really flows. But for some topics that i struggled on, he knew how to tailor it in a way that I could understand and ultimately made me more knowledgable overall. I guess sometimes he wasn't as engaged with my answers but still took notes which was nice of him”
