Depends on the team you land into. Can be a hit or miss. Don’t like the culture personally.
Citizens Atlanta seems like a great lifestyle office; everyone I've spoken to during networking and interviewing genuinely liked being with their coworkers. They have stuff like putting matts in the bullpen for everyone to use, and the guys there seemed laid back while still having strong deal flow. I ultimately decided on a different city but Citizens was one of the chiller places I interviewed with
Interned there recently. Great culture but not the best deal flow. Tend to over hire intern class and not give lots of return offers.
did SA 2025 open up yet?
Any insights on their Boston office culture/intern offer rates?
