Curly Hair Help in IB
Context, I have curly hair (long-ish, definitely not traditional slick-back). I haven't seen a single person in IB with curly hair (especially in a more Gen-Z way). Why is that? Peer pressure? no return offer? Need help I want a RO
Context, I love my hair, think it looks good and keep it neat (I take care of it) and I think I look bad with combover/slick-back

Straight hair is more common among white people. There are more white people in IB.
No one gives a shit if your hair is slicked back (idek if I relate to this notion that slick backs are even that common).
I’ve never seen any white people with natural straight hair. They all curl to some degree.

You also see a lot of bald people so hair "or lack thereof" shouldn't be a concern.
By now shouldn't there be associates with curly hair like that? Or do they all either go bald or get fired. I'm the only intern with a more gen-z style hair so not tryna get singled out
