How the fuck is WF winning better mandates than Centerview, Evercore, and Citi. They are 5th with the second lowest deal count and the list is purely for M&A advisory so there’s no excuse of them doing bullshit financings with large corporates.

 

For the NextEra/Dominion deal WF is getting 24.5 million in advisor fees and Lazard is getting 28.5 million. They must be doing a decent amount of advisory work if they are only getting shorted 4 million compared to the lead bank?
