Second one isn't too bad. 1) Initial image 2) Upper left, lower left quadrants switch (left side quadrants of square switch) 3) Top left, top right quadrants switch (top quadrants of square switch) 4) Upper right, lower right quadrants switch (right side quadrants of square switch) 5) Bottom left, bottom right quadrants switch (bottom quadrants of square switch)

So solution of square 4 would be: UL- circle, UR- blank, LR- triangle, LL- square.

is this 1 puzzle or 4 puzzles?

Similarly on 4th puzzle: 1) Initial image 2) Top two tiles switch 3) Right two tiles switch 4) Bottom two tiles switch 5) Left two tiles switch

Solution to missing square: Top left tile- bottom left is shaded triangle, Top right tile- upper left is shaded triangle, Bottom right tile- bottom right is shaded triangle, Bottom left tile- top right is shaded triangle.
