Looking for some advice on how to transition from a Data Analyst role at a BB firm to an IB or S&T role at similar firm or MM.
I have a Masters in Finance from a non-target and ended up settling for a role with a machine learning team after graduation. It was quantitatively stimulating at first but is something I can’t see myself doing for much longer.
Any advise on how to make the transition?
