Anyone know if this is only applicable to NYC office and Investment Banking Division? Will S&T benefit from this?
The website says only for Origination/Advisory which is Coverage and Capital Markets groups. I’d assume those groups outside of NYC will get a pay bump but definitely not all the way up just bc cost of living is lower
