Spoke with then briefly but seems like a very cool place to be. Everyone I spoke with is great and they have an interesting setup where there’s essentially no mid-levels (super small associate/VP classes), meaning analysts get to take on a lot of responsibility and work closely with some very impressive seniors

Super lean team, sweatshop from what I have heard, everyone is super nice and has really good culture that they try to emphasize through genuine structure. A lot of good experience, it is basically a cyber shop at heart, is not really a piper office, still integrating. No VPs basically, has some of the best exit opps, lots of penn people work there for a reason.

Headhunters know the difference. Analysts regularly get looks from UMM/MF shops, especially within tech (somewhat less from generalist funds).
