Friend wants to get on a DCM team. He is very good friends with head of Credit Trading.
I'm in M&A so pardon if wrong but I think of DCM as supplying debt for traders to push out: the dcm team the source of lead, the traders the alchemists turning it to gold.
Would it be logical then to think that the head of credit trading should have major pull on getting friend onto DCM team?
