Currently trying to go towards the HF/AM route but have an outstanding offer at a pretty reputable bank (HL, Baird, Jefferies) in NY.

Recently completed the process for the SBD internship 2025 - New York
Submit application. Heard back in less than a week for a first round. Behavioral first round with VP. Sent case study immediately after and given 48 hours to complete. 3 interviews back to back (I also think they give everyone the round after the case study given how fast they got back to me but may be wrong). One behavioral with associate, second about case study with associate third behavioral with SVP. After that, last round behavioral with SVP. Questions tend to be situational and dive dive into resume – they want to gauge your general intelligence. HR asks for 2-3 references + transcripts towards the end. Heard back asking to schedule call with recruiter when they gave the initial verbal offer. Generally had 2-3 days between rounds but my process was also on an accelerated timeline. Hope this helps!
