DealMaven - Sign up for subscription

My friend wants to know if he signs up for a 3 to 6 month subscription can he be using the dealmaven program at the same time with his other friend. Also, what are the differences btw. the 1-month and 3-month subscription. Are there any?
Also, is it worth the money?

I know that DealMaven has 3 different levels, ranging from basic modeling skills to accretion/dilution models....which one would be best (or which one's) for preparing for a summer internship?

Do the one month - as long as you can hump through each one of the levels (2 total) in a month each, it will only cost you $140 combined or so. It's another $150 (I think) to get the certification for both levels, but I wasn't about to shell out $150 for a piece of paper when I took care to make sure I retained the material ($150 goes a long way on $0.25 beer night)

Check Training the Street, I thought it was more thorough than DealMaven, though slightly more expensive.

Also - definitely worth the money. The exposure to financial statement interconnectedness and the fundamentals of modeling will serve you very well in interviews.
