Have an offer for a MM debt/levfin advisory in London - it is a specialist firm but the deals are similar to that of HL for reference (am currently in M&A).
I’m pretty new to this space so could anyone provide some colour on the pros/cons of working in debt advisory, and what exit landscape is?

I would say it is quite a mix of M&A and RX - you work on healthy, often sponsor-related deals (as in M&A), but you are on the debt side of the transaction and mainly talk to lenders (as in RX). Quite interesting work imo
