I'm currently working on a pitch comp. right now and may have to throw in an lbo model. Do you guys know where would be the best place to go to get a proxy for leverage multiples (senior and subordinated) ?
If it helps, the target we are looking at is an industrial company with about $14bn in revenues, about $1bn in EBITDA and $3bn in Debt.
