I am a black male starting freshman year this fall at a non-targ in the midwest and wondering what opportunities there are (specifically freshman year), for DEI programs to help me break into IB.
I am strongly against DEI, but considering I'm at a non-targ I'll take all the support I can get lol.
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
