I was wondering how do you land a role in this team, particularly for recent graduates that are not eligible to apply for SA, are there any OCs through out the year or you have to network?
Aren't you an A1? Just move after you get some experience.
You likely have to rely on recruiters. Networking never did anything for me in the UK.
im an A1 in a no name healthcare shop, hence i believe to lateral i will be competing with HC analysts from other strong groups, thats why i'm considering an OC.
