delayed start date for SA BB
hi, im supposed to start on June 6th, but delayed due to background check is still processing, even though i have attended fingerprint Two weeks again. Now i’m not able to attend training, going to office, or get paid.
HR is being very unhelpful. anyone know how compliance team normally work? how big are they, why they’re so inefficient?
some people is able to get background checks result right after fingerprint, hr said it takes as short as a day and as long as a month….
the uncertainty really stressed me out…
since i got extra time for break, any advice for pre internship prep?

which bank is this? afraid also as I've scheduled fingerprinting for one week before my start. i was told it'll take a few days to process. so reading your post has got me scared.

Back in college, a couple people in my intern class at BofA were delayed due to background check processing delays.
The FOMO sucks, but you can’t control this and everyone understands that. Don’t worry, things like this happen and you’ll be plugged in shortly.
