Unfortunately I think you need to move on. If no one responded to your follow-up emails then likely you weren't selected. It's possible they are still deliberating but I wouldn't count on it and the best thing you can do is keep looking for opportunities.
I sympathize because last year I was working to lateral and it is very disheartening to get that far and then be told no, especially when you are working full time and it becomes very hard to hide your constant interviewing. That said it worked out for me and a number of my friends who also were doing the same thing. It's really a numbers game. I personally don't know anyone who got a lateral offer on their first superday.
That's pretty unprofessional of them, especially for a lateral process. I would move on. Sorry man.
