I've read through them before posting, many didn't have any replies or very little at all. Many posters just denigrate the capital markets and many are from 06-09. I've found some to have useful advice, including some of your posts, but I was hoping for more details and maybe fresh perspectives.
Network with other groups, and then try to leave ECM/DCM as quickly as possible.
You're a jackass. Maybe he'll like always working on deals, going home at 8pm once he's a 2nd year analyst and rarely working weekends for the same comp as industry group bankers.
