Anyone done this as a fresh VP? At a “EB”, doing well, but want to stay in the industry long term and the lifestyle at my firm /peers is terrible. Toying with the idea of lateraling to a small shop with better lifestyle. Examples?

Hang onto the EB comp as long as you can - then go downmarket, I’d imagine it’s very hard to go back up
