Bro I just saw another comment of yours in another thread and I resonated heavy. I just started a few months ago and have never felt depressed but I am seriously battling some bad depression now. I’m going to start seeing an online therapist most likely. I feel like I don’t even have time to though and don’t feel like it could possibly help my situation. Wtf did I choose this job for
i really hope therapy helps u out man, tbh i think the best option is to endure until u get used to the feeling/dont feel it anymore, but its easier said than done hahahahah
For sure, but I hate being happy. Happy doesn’t get me anywhere. Only when I’m sad and depressed I start working hard and improve my life.
