I am currently recruiting for FT roles for 2023. Thankfully I have had the chance to SD at a few different shops but have yet to hear anything from them. After my SD's I continued to be persistent in reaching out to bankers in the respective groups I was interviewing for and have had some great conversations. I followed up with HR at a particular bank (about 10 days after the SD) and still nothing......At what point should I be letting these opportunities go? Do I continue to follow up and until I get a yes or no? Should I continue to network within each bank or is that just overkill at this point? Any insight/guidance would be greatly appreciated
