Did I mess up my interview?
I graduated a month ago and I had a first round interview for a full time first year investment banking analyst position.
Question resolved thanks!

I think McDonalds is hiring.
I'm not so sure; I went to one today and all the ordering was self-serve on computer screens.

If it is only 1 of the follow up questions you have gotten wrong in the end and you have answered all the others completely right (as acknowledged by your interviewer) then I am sure unless you have zero personality/are dryer than the Sahara in person, then you are definitely in with a chance to go through to the second round.
Most interviewers want to see if you will get to a point where you don't know and are able to admit that, or whether or not you are just going to bullsh*t your answer in order to appear correct. They know this stuff.
I know numerous people who said 'I don't know, but I am willing to find out later and let you know', (or something along those lines) who eventually ended up receiving the graduate offers.
All the best, OP!
Thanks for the insight, sent you a SB!
