I thought I read on here that RBC increased pay but remember reading it wasn’t official and it looked lower than street ( $170 for Associate 1 versus 175). Can anyone provide insight? Thanks
Also just curious, are RBC bonuses actually lower on average versus street? If so, what are we talking at the associate level?

They increased analyst comp by $10k across An1/An2/An3, so An1 is $95k. Yes, that would be a bit below street in terms of base after all the raises but I don’t have any knowledge on bonus info for total comp comparison, which would be the main driver in determining comp compared to Street levels.
