Difference between 3.74 and a 3.8 (UMM/MF PE Recruiting)

Hey all, was curious for those who have done PE recruiting with UMM/MF how much of a GPA difference is a 3.74 and a rounded 3.8? I know this may be a bit marginal but I am on the cusp of a 3.75 and not sure if I will be able to round it.

Does this difference matter? The rest of my resume is in line and I am at a solid EB/BB group.

Apologies if this is a stupid question, I'm genuinely curious.

come on dude. I'm trying to be positive to strangers online, but there is so much more to a person than a .06 difference in GPA. Be proud of your achievements and keep your head up.

Went through recruiting and am going to MF. Don't think 3.74 is going to hold you back too much, depending on the rest of your profile. If you're non diversity and don't have a lot else, might be tough, but know diversity candidates with 3.3s from semi targets with MF offers. If you have good test scores and are in a good group / came from a good college, your resume will make it through the door of a couple MFs. References also matter a fair amount FYI.
