Difficulty of Charlotte Lazard MM or Atlanta Goldman/Barclays/Gugg from Emory Goizueta?

I've heard mixed things about recruiting for EB/BBs (to a lesser extent MMs like Jefferies) regional offices from local targets. One the one hand, I've heard that those who get such banks from Emory are "NYC rejects" and could get it "with their left nut" since the network is so deep, but other people have told me that regional offices take like 3 SAs per year, and since all the local homesick students are fucking dying to get them, it is even harder to pull Goldman Atlanta than NYC due to the microscopic class size. Is this true? Thanks!
