I just received a Superday invite for an IBSA position and I was wondering if it was ok to email the interviewer from the first round, not just to thank him but to ask for any advice regarding how I can best position myself to get an offer from their firm?
Is this a yay or a nay move??

The thank you is a good idea. I would skip the ask unless you are fairly close with him (from networking)
