Director told me he could help me with other opportunities during interview
Just had an superday for an internship and the most senior member I met was a Director, who after the interview told me we should stay in touch and even added a "I can help you with other opportunities if this dont materialize..".
Been a couple of days now without hearing back so figuring I am dinged, but a bit unsure how to proceed given the positive response from the director. Would it be appropriate to reach out to him and ask him if he knows about other opportunities at other banks, or should I only try and leverage our "relationship" when re-recruiting for the same bank in the future?

Stop asking WSO. If someone offers help, take it, don’t think you’re being annoying by asking them if they offered to help.
