Disclosing Music Industry side business in IB - Worried about perception

Hey guys I am an A1 and have cold feet about letting HR know I want to embark on a side hustle in music production, the issue is my family and friends outside work are heavily involved in the music industry and I have even had people in my friendship circle nominated and even win a grammy.

It wouldn't just be a cute thing where I upload it to YouTube and no one would see it, there is a near certainty I would produce for mainstream artists. Ed Sheeran, Justin Beiber, Post Malone, Lil Yatchy and every one in between is what I am talking about.

Music is my dream and I love the stability that a career in finance has given me but I am worried that word would get to my manager and team and any mistake I ever make would be blamed on it, plus I am sure it would leak eventually within my bank especially if i post music videos on social media and i am worried I would be the first to get fired if things go south and they start looking for analysts to put on the chopping block.

The thing is i want to get started in the music business now to lay a side income for myself in case I ever lose my job but i am now worried that disclosing it would lead to me losing me job.

What do you guys think? Should I wait until bonuses are paid to disclose this? When i tell HR would no one on my team know?
