Rejection letter after rejection letter. Applied to 300+ places and have received what feels like a mass amount of rejections. Several interviews but multiple rejections. Im just feeling down now about finding an internship. Any advice of what to do next?

Just keep on going. Continue to get your resume out there, network and keep applying.
I'm in the same boat as you. My advice is to keep applying and keep networking, you only need one offer to turn everything around. Persistence is the key, and don't feel overwhelmed, because at the end of the day it's just an internship, we have a lot more shit to worry about down the road.
This is the harsh reality, be scrappy and use this as motivation to go even harder instead of feeling down.
